About Me

I am a yoga teacher with over 18 years experience practicing, and almost 10 years teaching experience. I have spent long hours training, and I am able to teach all ages. From baby yoga, right through to ‘seniors’. I offer classes in a wide range of settings, from outside, to online, in village halls, and corporate offices. I regularly offer adult hatha yoga, yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga, kids yoga, family yoga and corporate yoga classes. Private and group sessions are available.

I am based in and around Bradford in West Yorkshire. I completed my yoga teacher training with YogaCampus in Hebden Bridge and then trained with Cosmic Kids Yoga.  I’ve trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli so I can offer Well-Woman Yoga Therapy and completed the Bliss Baby Pregnancy and baby yoga training. In addition, I have trained with Teaching Yoga to Seniors to understand the aging body better. I have a special interest in women’s health, everything to do with wombs and helping women have more strength in their core, as well as better over all health.

When I am not practicing yoga either on my own or with my two girls, I spend time outdoors with my family exploring the countryside in Cullingworth, Harden, Oxenhope, Stanbury, Hebden Bridge, Denholme, Eldwick, Shipley, Cottingley, East Morton, Wilsden, Thornton, Baildon and any other beautiful spots around West Yorkshire. I love, honour and respect momma nature, and she is a big part of my practice. Yoga outside is a special gift, we need to give thanks back to the earth and acknowledge its wisdom and teachings.

I would love to share my yoga practice with you.  Please contact me at kellyannyoga@gmail.com or call/text 07965 582530 for more information about yoga classes or private yoga lessons in Cullingworth and Saltaire, Shipley.

What People Say About My Yoga

‘KellyAnn worked with me on my flexibility and posture alongside some much needed mindfulness. I found the session enjoyable and relaxing and came out afterwards feeling renewed and reinvigorated!’

Helena, Saltaire

‘All the ‘practising the out breath’ at the previous week’s pregnancy yoga came in very, very useful. By the time I got to hospital I was 9cm dilated and only used gas and air for the pushing stage, which lasted just less than an hour. So big thanks for the breathing techniques!’

Jess

Of a yoga retreat I organised: ‘Fantastic day of indulgence and relaxing, great food and activities. Would definitely come again.’
