
Yoga and Mindfulness in School
Focussing on both mental and physical health, I work with pupils to develop confidence, stay calm, focused. Mindfulness helps improve students’ well-being and concentration. Sessions tailored to school’s preferences and needs.
I can offer weekly sessions or special events at schools in and around the Bradford and Keighley area. Help your students achieve the best they can by learning yoga and mindfulness.
